Tipcam is a simple free tool that works to record screencasts, or in other words, fragments of video in Flash format of between 10 and 15 seconds.

To use Tipcam correctly, you have to configure a set of parameters so the recording will be as you want, giving you the possibility to zoom in using a keyboard shortcut, and that zoom can also be configured to adjust it to your needs.

Also, you can record the mouse icon (which other screenshot programs can´t do), allowing the resulting files to be saved in FLV format in the PC, or upload them directly to the Internet (more precisely to the uTIPu social network), which is a place to find numerous internauts who want to share shots, and you can add sound captured via a microphone. And as if that weren´t enough, you can do these screenshots remotely via a VNC connection.
